2. Website hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 47–51, 4020 Linz, Austria. When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer).

The purpose is the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for operation and security and is then deleted. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

3. No cookies, no analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. No user profiles are created.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to servers operated by Google or other font providers.

5. Contacting us by e-mail or phone

If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (in particular your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Business correspondence is retained for up to seven years in accordance with Austrian commercial and tax law (§ 212 UGB, § 132 BAO).

6. Online appointment booking via Calendly

For appointment booking we link to the Calendly service of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. Calendly is not embedded in this website; data is only transferred once you click the link and book an appointment on Calendly’s website. Calendly then processes the data you enter (name, e-mail address, chosen time slot, any notes) and makes it available to us.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), under which Calendly is certified. Further information: calendly.com/privacy.

7. Link to LinkedIn

Our website contains a simple link to our company page on LinkedIn. This is not an embedded plugin; no data is transmitted to LinkedIn when you visit our website. Only when you click the link does the privacy policy of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company apply: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

8. Data security

This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

9. Your rights

You generally have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
