Independence and remuneration

MEVIVO Consulting GmbH is not tied to any credit institution or financing provider and does not work exclusively with any institution. We compare solutions and partners solely in the interest of our clients.

Our services are remunerated on the basis of an individual engagement agreement. Whether, in an individual case, a commission from a financing institution is additionally payable in connection with the brokerage of financing – and in what amount – is disclosed by us in writing before the engagement is concluded.

Scope of our services

We provide services within the scope of our trade licences (business consulting including business organisation; brokerage of financing). Our services do not include:

• investment advice on financial instruments or portfolio management within the meaning of the Austrian Securities Supervision Act 2018 (WAG 2018),
• the brokerage of mortgage, real estate or other loans to consumers,
• legal advice, tax advice or statutory auditing.

Where such services are required, we coordinate the cooperation with duly authorised professionals, who provide their services on their own responsibility.

Governing law and binding language

This website and all legal relationships arising from it are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Engagements are governed by the respective engagement agreement and, where agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for Management Consulting of the Professional Association UBIT. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
